As a teenager, I couldn’t understand why people repeated behaviors that clearly didn’t make them happy. That question sparked a lifelong journey, over 25 years of studying both personal and organizational development. From Agile and Scrum to NLP, mindfulness, organizational systems, energetic therapy, and systemic coaching. I’ve explored many paths to growth and understanding.
This exploration helped me develop a unique ability to guide deep transformation in complex environments removing outdated mindsets, shifting patterns in teams, restoring clarity in communication, and energizing cultures around shared purpose, mutual understanding, and aligned systems.”

Monica finds joy in vibrant communities of musicians, entrepreneurs, artists, and fellow transformation leaders across Europe. She splits her time between countries and cherishes lifelong friendships—some over 30 years strong. She lives close to the sea (a childhood dream fulfilled) and has recently developed a healthy addiction to padel. Balance, connection, and creativity aren’t just part of her work they’re how she lives.
